Working with us

How an order runs

Five steps from first email to commissioning support. You always know which one you are in.

  1. 1

    Inquiry

Send flow, head and medium. An engineer — not a bot — replies with a first selection within 24 hours.

  2. 2

    Proposal

You receive performance curves, a GA drawing and a quote with delivery time. Revisions are free.

  3. 3

    Production

Casting, machining and assembly in-house. You get photo updates at each gate, unprompted.

  4. 4

    Testing

Hydro and performance tests against the agreed duty point. Witness in person or by live video.

  5. 5

    Shipment

Export packing, full document set, and commissioning support in your time zone.

Before you buy

Frequently asked

The questions every buyer asks before the first purchase order.

What is your minimum order?

One pump. Single replacement units get the same engineering attention as fleet orders; OEM series production starts with a tooling discussion.

What is the typical lead time?

Standard models ship in 4–6 weeks. Wear parts and spares held in consignment stock ship within one week.

Which payment terms do you accept?

T/T (30% deposit, balance before shipment) as standard; irrevocable L/C at sight for larger orders.

What warranty do you provide?

18 months from commissioning or 24 months from shipment, whichever comes first. Wear parts carry duty-based guarantees agreed per project.

Can you match an existing pump from another maker?

Usually. Send nameplate photos and flange dimensions — we cross-reference the duty point and quote a drop-in equivalent with test curves.
