Challenge
Manual chemical dosing on three clean-in-place lines caused batch-to-batch variation and occasional over-dosing that wasted caustic and rinse water.
Solution
We delivered a pre-piped skid with three ND-40 pumps under Modbus control, tied into the plant PLC. Dosing now follows conductivity feedback in closed loop; the skid was commissioned in two days.
