Overview
The NZ-200 uses replaceable A05 high-chrome liners and impeller inside a split outer casing. Wear parts swap in the field in under four hours, and the outer casing typically outlives three liner sets.
Shaft adjustment restores impeller clearance as wear progresses, keeping efficiency near new-pump levels between rebuilds.
