## Foundry

In-house casting for iron, ductile iron and high-chrome alloys. Every heat is spectrometer-checked before pouring, and traceability follows the casting to the finished pump.

## CNC machining

12,000 m² of machining floor holds ISO 2768-m as the default tolerance class. Critical fits are checked on CMM with reports archived per serial number.

## Assembly

One fitter owns each pump from bearing fit to final torque map. Torque values are logged against the serial number.

## Test rigs

Performance rigs to 800 m³/h with calibrated instruments. Every pump is hydro-tested at 1.5× working pressure; witness tests are open in person or by video.

Incoming material — spectrometer and hardness checks

In-process — CMM reports on critical fits

Final — hydro + performance test with curve report

Pre-shipment — export packing inspection photos
