## Challenge

A 30-year-old treatment plant ran twelve fixed-speed pumps against throttled valves to match demand. Energy was the largest operating cost line, and unplanned seal failures caused two supply interruptions in one year.

## Solution

We resized the duty points from eighteen months of SCADA data, then replaced the fleet with twelve NC-250 units on VFDs — staged over three months without interrupting supply. Cartridge seals cut mean repair time from six hours to ninety minutes.
